It's time to grill part 1

In the last few weeks we've talked a lot about grills and barbecues. Now it's time to do it!

In the next few days, our grill pro Dän will show you three recipes that you can simply grin on.

Today we start with: CHICKEN WINGS

 

The Recipe

  • 1.

    Choose a rub (dry spice) of your choice or your favorite flavor for the Chicken Wings.

  • 2.

    From herbs to peppers and curries, it is very suitable for poultry.

  • 3.

    Grate the wings with the rub and place them on the grill.

  • 4.

    Make sure they do not get too dark on the outside before they're inside.

  • 5.

    In the last few minutes I recommend to apply a BBQ glaze on the wings. The sauce gets also warm on the grill and lays well on the meat.

  • Our Tipp!

    Leave the chicken wings on the grill until they can be easily removed from it. If they are still "sticking" to the grate, they are not ready yet.

    The Wings can be a little bit darker.

THE RUB

  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 4 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • some curry powder
